1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vettyn website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Vettyn (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Vettyn provides an AI-powered landing page audit and Glow-Up service. The free audit identifies potential conversion issues on a submitted landing page. The paid Glow-Up generates rewritten copy and an implementation roadmap for a single landing page.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You may need an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age or have authority to bind your organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submitting pages you do not have the right to audit, or using outputs to infringe intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Using automated means to scrape, probe, or abuse the Service.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Engaging in fraud, spam, or abusive behaviour.

5. AI-generated outputs

The Service uses generative AI to produce audits, recommendations, and rewritten copy. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific situation and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice without independent review. You must have the right to use any content you submit, and you are responsible for how you use generated outputs.

6. Intellectual property

Vettyn retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Payment, billing, and refunds

Paid services are billed as described at checkout. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vettyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vettyn and its representatives from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
